I switched the Bluetooth off in my car and
now it won’t come back on

It may be something you can just fix with you phone if you have switched the bluetooth back on in your car. The Nissan website says: Couldn't get Bluetooth to connect automatically? Try these tips to get your device and vehicle connected. Restart your device and vehicle. On your phone, check for the Bluetooth symbol . If you don't see it, turn Bluetooth on and/or set to 'Discoverable' at all times, and/or make sure that the vehicle is marked as a 'trusted' device. Turn off Bluetooth (if on), then turn it on again. Remove the pairing on your device and vehicle, then pair them again.
