Are the listed prices negotiable

For the most part car prices are negotiable. There are a few places that are "1 price" and they're non-negotiable on price. Usually, those dealers are very up front and advertise that part of their business. The days of being able to negotiate $1000-$2000 off a used car seem to be gone. Large dealers use price as a competitive advantage and are generally within a few $100 of what they'll take as an acceptable offer. Unless the car listed says its a high price I'd anticipate being able to negotiate a little but not much.
