What is the return policy for delivered cars?  Is it 7 days?

Is there a different policy for cars that are picked up?

Cargurus doesn't sell or ship cars. Like FOR said, check with the selling dealer. Most times, once you buy a car it is yours. What you are describing is how Carava car sales operates. you might want to check with them on what vehicles they have for sale.

If no policy that allows customers shopping for a vehicle by Car Gurus to return if not advertised correctly and shipped, then why do you include or allow vehicles to be shown way out of area? I keep getting car deals from Texas Indiana and Pennsylvania? If they are allowed to advertise out of area then they should have a return policy that reflects some protection from dishonest dealers!
