if it is rear wheel drive or 4x4 it could be the axles u-joints or center bearings. get under truck and turn the drive shafts. If they are easily turned back and forth that may be the problem. If not the transfer case or rear diff could be damaged. Wouldnt hurt to check fluid in rear diff and tranfer case while you are down there. Yes thats a thing lol If front wheel drive, take to tranny shop

Check transmission for fluid. if it is front wheel drive take to tranny shop. If rear wheel or 4x4 slide under truck and check driveshafts for loose u-joints or center bearing if it has one. While you are down there check transfer case and rear diff for fluid. If you are not able to do these things take to shop for inspection. Continue to drive it this way may cost you more later then repairing it now
