If I can adjusted the valves due to a small pecking noise

I acutally  own this jeep for 3 yrs only problem I
had have was front end but now my 4x4! Light
comes on and don't know why it still works fine so
any body knows how to fix these problems please
let me know  also I have replaced sway link tie rods
lower control arms included bearing  and lined it up
at shop by still when I hit a speed bump my front
end still sounds like it's about to fall out not as bad
anymore but my shocks got check out there good
so does anyone think it really could be my rack
opinion  again and hoping any body can tell me if
my valves can be adjusted it's got a little pecking
not much but enough to hear with good up
