Will I get refunded the $99 Autopay fee if the buyer backs out last minute?

I am currently in the process of selling a car through Car Guru. I have just
paid the $99 to Auto Pay as part of Car Gurus fee. However, the Auto Pay
rep had told me that the fee is non refundable even if the buyer backs out of
the transaction. I called Car Gurus after that, and they said that the fee will
be refunded if the buyer backs out.  I am getting two different answers and I
am not clear on whether or not I will be refunded the $99 sellers fee if the
buyer backs out.
