Chip in key or battery in fob may be bad/advice try a new key or replace battery in fob, as for the back seat there is no release per sa , you just pull on the material loop on the top outside of the seat, pull kinda of hard toward the front and it should fall forward, same for thr other side, Hope that heps you

My Dodge Charger key does not open and the batter is new . Does anyone know a better way to open or at least to get the door to open?

Pop open the key casing and remove the top rubber cover, then remove the key board and check the tiny discs underneath, sometimes they can slide slightly enough to prevent the remote to unlock door. Carefully put back in its place then reassemble key, it should work.

I had the same problem with my 08 Dodge Charger so I checked the tiny key board like I explained above and it works fine.
