2002 Ram 2500 threw a turbo over boost code. Any ideas on why it won't start or repairs I'll need

After a sudden engine shut down while pulling a load I found a completely clogged air filter due to rodents. The Diesel will not start now.There is fuel.

You probably triggered the ASD. (Auto Shutdown) Check your owners manual for location and reactivation.

I think once you activate the auto shut down you have to replace the ASD relay for the truck to start again. Should be in the engine compartment fuse box.
