2003 Dodge 1500 hard to start

I have a 2003 Dodge 1500, engine turns over 8-10 times before starting.At 3500 rpms exactly boggs down. I have been told be three people it is the timing chains. Makes no noice runs fine. New fuel pump, new cam and crank sensors. Same problem. What next???

set the crank to TDC and look at the marks, probably one pointed at the other...check the book on this~ check the tension of your chain tensioner to be comfortable that a tooth could not possibly have jumped is this a DOHC engine? those are trickier to align~....make sure you camshaft is aligned properly...take two asprin and call me in the morning~
