Where is the blower motor resistor on my 2007 Caravan SE?

Is it inside the cabin, or under the hood?  It would make
sense for the resistor to be in an accessible place, right?

Caravan SE, with A/C, no auotmatic climate control.

it is located behind the glove box. the glove box should be removed easily and the motor is right there its apporox 3"x1.5". with two wiring connectors

Excellent. I got access to a pretty good online service manual, just to be certain, and it says the exact same. From what I've read about the earlier Caravans, I sure am glad that the component is inside the cabin and relatively accessable. Thanks!
