What is wrong with my brand new transmission?

Asked by Guru25CDK Feb 22, 2020 at 12:46 PM about the Chevrolet Trailblazer

Question type: General

I just put a brand new transmission in a 2004 chevy
trailblazer 4wd inline 6cylinder  4.2vl . We replaced the
transmission cooler serviced the lines an did everything
right. But now drive an third gear is not responding at all my
motor just revs. But 2nd an 1st gears are fine. What could
cause this? Is it just a defaulty transmission or what. The
transmission is under 3 year warranty should i drop the
transmission an get a new one through the warranty. Or is
there something i can do to fix it?
