Can i put the 4.6l engine from a 02 Cadillac Devile in a 01 Suburban 4wd?

My bosses Suburban likely needs an engine, and a coworker just totaled his 02
Deville out,  Both are GM and RWD....Will they swap relatively easily?   Thanks

truck and car motors are designed differently and more than likely there will nothing easy about it
