why my truck wont go on gears?

i have a chevy silverado 1500 4wd 5.3
i put the truck on drive and it wont move arp works fine

everything looks on place i have transmission fluid level fine im wondering if is electrical or just the filter

It's the differential gearbox I opened and it has a lot of metal on the fluid so I'm replacing the interior parts thank you
