my 2011 Chevy Impala wont go if I don't go really slow first at a stop light

when i try to pull away from a stop light. ill push down on the gas and it wont go
anywhere but if i go very slowly then accelerate its fine. does anyone know why
this is happening?

When was the transmission serviced? Sounds like a plugged filter. If it hasn’t been serviced then do so immediately otherwise you will fry the transmission. If it has been serviced then find a good transmission shop and have it checked out.
