my 12v cigarette lighter is not pumping out enough juice to do the simplest things whats wrong

You sure it has the 12v source coming in and a good ground? You could have a bad socket, or the fuse could be blown.

it sort of works like i pluged in theses lights and the power switch lights up but there is no lights

sounds like an issue with the lights. try plugging them into a different car and see if they work.

i did lol the light up a tiny bit in my car but bright in my friends so its a problem with my car i have also tryed to different sets
