stereo and navigate

I have Honda 2007 crv and when I try to help
someone accidentally I switched jumper cables
and burn main fuse now I changed fuse and the
works fine but my navigate and stereo isn't?
Can anybody help me what to do  please

Try replacing the fuse for the stereo and hope that you did not fry it.
