1998 honda civic new battery new battery fuse but still cannot get any power to the dash or starter

tried to start once and turned over then went click. no power to any systems , battery is new and just replaced the battery fuse in fuse box under the hood . still no power at all.

i had the exact same issue last month. fix/replace your ground wires. there is one on the top of the tranny, one on the engine near the belts, and then one directly off the battery. no issues since for me

did you put it in correctly? positive to positive and negative to negative?
