Every generation of vehicle has a different location so we need the model and year of your Ford F150 truck to answer that question. Thank You

If we are still talking about the Ford F150, the five digit entry code is printed on the Smart Junction Box (SMJ) located on the passenger side, behind the kick panel near the floor boards. You may have to remove two fasteners with 7mm heads to loosen the SMJ to get a look. The dealer will want $45 to extract this info from the ECM using a diagnostic computer.
