My 2010 F150 XLT heater blows out dash vents only.

Heater and AC blow out dash vent not to floor or windshield. I don't think it's
the blend actuator since the heat and AC work fine. What works the flow of
air?

Ac and heater has 2 different cores where fan blowes theough but the actuator is what diverts air flow to top or bottom. Check blend actuator
