how do you know when to replace the transmission fluid on a 2002 ford xlt 4x4?

my explorer has 200,000 miles and still runs good but how do you replace the transmission fluid?

I agree with Jim, leave it alone unless you know the fluid has been changed in the last 50,000 miles or so.
