Ac compressor control valve electrical connection broke off to valve .

AC compressor is still attached to motor. Can I remove the broken compressor
control valve to install an new control valve without leaking out any oil / or
loosing freon

If you're talking about the low pressure cut out switch, yes. It should just unscrew and there's a valve to prevent freon loss. Please post a picture of what you're talking about to be sure. Hope that helps! Jim
