What needs to be repaired if the oil drain plug is absent and the oil dumps out after an oil change?

It could mean an entire new engine if it was driven with no oil for even a 100 feet.

so there's no drain plug and the oil just pours out and you ask what needs to be fixed? Just checkin' to see if I read that right-
