I have a 06 Rav4 and the check engine, VSC, and Trac off lights came on at the same time today, trying to figure out the issue.

Go to AutoZone or Advanced Auto Parts and have them read the code for free.
Got the codes and one is P0101 Mass air flow circuit range/performance and P0354 Ignition coil "D" primary/secondary fault.
Sound,s like your coil may be going bad,
Thnaks. It seems fine at the moment, just idles low some times.
I don't know what it takes to trip a faulty code for a coil, but if the coil is going bad it's probably not delivering full voltage to the plugs so they're probably starting to foul up a bit, If you check your tail pipe my guess is that there will be more soot than normal on the inside.
Sometimes you can clean the mass airflow sensor, check auto zone once again, they may have a product that will work. You may have multiple codes, so tackle one at a time, that way you will know what helps what.

Sounds like you may have over filled the gas tank & possibly contaminated the EVAP system (emissions). Diagnostic test to get codes - google the codes with the make/model of your vehicle for a description - search your car's Forums for ppl that had the same problem w their vehicle
Our 2007 6-cylinder RAV4 with 80k miles had the VSC, 4wd, & Check Engine lights all come on, and the engine was in a rough idle. After a few disconnecting the battery and reconnecting, the lights appeared. Another Forum said it may be due to a faulty spark plug coil. I replaced all six coils and plugs. The car now idles perfectly, and the lights don't come on. There's also a great YouTube video for the 6-cyllinder RAV4 from "2CarPros".
