Why wont my halogens turn on?

On my 07 VW jetta gli I cant get my halogens to turn on
please help

It is possible that the bulbs are dead. Also try turning on your brights. Try just plain HITTING it, just a hard tap/light slap though. Check the fuse box. Finally check the wiring harness/wires for shorts/disconnections/tears. Those are just possibilities, hope it helps though.

Shawn the inner halogens are for the high beams. Pull back and or push forward on the turn signal stalk to activate.
