My 2008 chrysler town and country was driving fine and then all of a sudden warning lights came on and now it won't start

Asked by smorgan7291 Jul 20, 2016 at 01:30 PM about the Chrysler Town & Country

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My van was driving fine and then the battery light came on, the abs light, the traction control light, and air bag light. None of my windows would roll up or down and the radio kept going off and on. While driving the car wouldn't shift, if I pressed on the gas it kept jumping up the rpms. And as soon as I parked the van and tried to restart it it just clicked like the battery was dead. I let it cool for a while and it tried to start, but it wouldn't completely turn over.

Check to see if you have 12 Volts at the battery...

I just had the same thing happen today on the way to work. Battery Light first, then traction control light, ABS light, radio restarting, no fan on the AC and then shifting issues.
