however alternator is not filling up the battery. Lights don,t come on.

The alternator must show in the cluster. If it does not show with the ignition switched on, the battery wont charge. Its part of the charging circuit. I would remomend you have an Auto Electrician look at the system. Check the condition of the warning light globe and the charging rate.

The car starts, however when you remove either of the battery clamps the engine stops, showing that it does not charge. I will take the car to the car to the auto electrician

Yes it will stop. This action is the quickest way to blow the Computer Box as its causing a current serge. The battery is there to also stablize current from the alternator.
