Does it hurt the battery on a hybrid card to sit ideal for 6 months at a time?

Asked by GuruXP67V Nov 11, 2018 at 06:38 PM about the Toyota Prius

Question type: General

Thinking about purchasing a Prius and leaving it in Florida during the warmer months.

I would consult with your Toyota dealer and I would read the owners manual. Unless you have a plug in hybrid there is no way to maintain the main battery without driving it. I suspect 6 months of sitting could kill the battery$$$
