Linda my recommendation is to contact this company's local BBB office or their state's Attorney General for any outstanding complaints. CarGurus is just a free listing website, and has nothing to do with the sellers or buyers, much like Craigslist or any other dozens of free classified sites. If you like a car they're advertising, then threat the dealer just like you would any local business, and don't trust any online rankings, which are easy to fake.
