Question type: General

I am trying to find info about a car  I owned. Bought new. 1977 Buick Skylark S/R red with white Landau top, Pontiac 301 V8, Bucket seats with floor shift automatic. Gave it to my mom in 85 and she had it for several years. Had about 250000 miles on it when we junked it. Wish I kept it and had it restored. Would it have been a collectable?

Odds are it has been crushed. Not a major collectible yet but eventually it may become one.

Sorry, I wasn't too clear. I am sure it has been turned into soda cans by now. What I want to known is, when I bought the car I was told it was a limited edition that each dealer only received one of. It had a sport suspension, white Landau top, Pontiac 301 V8, Bucket seats with floor shift automatic. If so, just how many of these were built? Really liked this car. At the time I was commuting 160mi round trip to work on I-70 and Baltimore beltway. The car had a light rear-end and I spun it out twice on the snowy interstate when I give it gas going up a grade on a curve. never got hit by anybody luckily.
