why are the GTO 64-72 lower frame mounts different height?

I bought a set of Lower Frame mounts from Ames #N245B and they are different heights by about 1/2". I want to know why and which one goes on Passenger side of the car.

Look up sperrys engines in cedar rapids ia and call him he will tell you. Open on Monday ask for scott
