Water residue under my car

Asked by Msgunn Dec 06, 2017 at 10:19 PM about the 2008 Pontiac G6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Why when I am sitting still and my car is on i get
out the car and see water residue as if I had my
a/c on?

Maybe the AC was on. The AC can be used to dehumidify the car to clear the windshield.

Next time you get a chance idle the car and watch to see if the AC ever comes on. It may turn on to reduce the humidity.
