Fan doesnt turn off

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I shut the car off the fan doesnt turn off for
atleast 15 minutes.  Can someone tell.me what
the issue is.  I'm car dumb

I've learned that is a way to indicate that the fuse is blown.
