if you have no fuel getting up to the rail and the pump is running, make sure the fuel filter is not clogged and no lines kinked or leaking.

First determine the fuel pump is working by turning your key to the run position but do not start ,, you should hear the pump running for about 5 seconds before it stops ... if you fail to hear that then check the fuel pump relay The fuel pump only runs for a short time before an internal pressure switch cuts it off ... a new fuel pump should not be that difficult to replace ... the access to it should be under the carpet inside the trunk close to the rear seat

I checked for what you said and no I don't hear the pump running for a few seconds. I replaced the lid one with a used one. But still not working.

Get a new relay .. located inside the fuse box ,,, there about $10 bucks
