Car won't stay running.

Asked by Staci Jun 06, 2016 at 06:31 PM about the 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My daughter's 2005 Chevy Cobalt will start but
won't stay running. My husband got it to run and
drove it around without issue after he cleaned the
mass air sensor. He tried to start the car the next
morning, but again it will not start. He changed the
sensor, but that didn't work either. Also, it does not
throw a code.

Try grounding the computer. Run a ground wire from the corner of the computer(already has a whole in corner) down to grounding cable lug.
