You will need to take your car to the dealer...

The radio came from another vehicle. I don't have that VIN. Saw where Tech II Menu prompts on #6 Erase THEFTLOCK? Answer YES then BCM will load existing vehicle VIN portion into the radio'station EEPROM. Electronically Erasable Programmable Chip.

try it, if not you may still need to take the new one installed to the dealer...
