I have a 1985 dodge ramcharger with the 318. I am looking to swap to a 440 and need to know everything I can about this swap. Price, availability, and any opinions you have.

I got an opinion- and I used to have an old Ramcharger with a big engine- I like the 318 engine- and my 440 got about 3 miles per gallon because of the full time 4 wheel drive- really- these are the ultimate gas wasting clunkers- I was so glad that someone actually took it off my hands and gave me money for it- it was black on black, but after feeding that beast I hated it more than any other vehicle I have ever owned- and that's when gas was $1.50 a gallon- I don't get the attraction-
