does anyone know if the 74' charger came with either a hood scoop and or a rear deck-lid spioler? and if so how can i tell if they are factory parts?

By 1974 the Charger was becoming more of a personal luxury car that a muscle car. There were a few built with the rallye package and the 440 engine in 1974, but even these did not have a hood scoop or spoiler. They had a "power bulge" hood but no deck lid spoiler that year. Dealers may have installed a rear spoiler or "Go-wing" if a customer wanted one since they were optional on the earlier models. Here is a link to a 71-74 charger forum discussing the "Go-wing" : http://wichargerguy.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=archives&action=display&thread=1676
ya! i kinda figured that! but the car had the scoot and the wing on it, when i bought it! to be honest it never looked rite! so upon closer insp. i took a tape to them and sure enuff they were off center! so they are currently taking up space in the corner of my garage! oh well! i'm getting used to the way it looks with-out them, and it's growing on me. thank you very much for responding back so fast, by the way, i really do appreciate it! i gess there really are actual humans on this site! thanks again, tim! - brian from freedom oh.
