battery is dead how do I put the car into neutral so i can push it to jump the battery

Battery is dead, I need to put it into neutral so I can push it to a location to jump the battery.

At the back of the shifter there is a small depression to put a pen or round screwdriver to release the shifter from park; it is there for emergencies. It shows it in the owners manual.

there is a pin hole or a key hole slot... put something smooth and flat down inthere key slot looking hole or if it is a pin hole then use a pointy nail ir a strong pin .. and push down pressing the break pedal at same time then should be able to put in to neutral position if not that work then take the shift gear console apart and remove the electrical shoft box from the shifting lever selector in there and then put it in neutral position .. walla
