I have a 1997 F 250 gas engine 4x4. It won't crank.

I have replaced the solenoid and the switch box on the lower end of the steering coumn. I
had the starter checked and it is good. When I turn the key it just goes click. Any
suggestions?

Is there a fuse that might have blown from the battery to what makes it start and run i have no lights no sounds no nothing?
