Cold well range is that my coolant?

I don't know much about cars except few basics
and I'm trying to figure out if the plastic container
that says cold well range is my coolant or not. If so
what do I put in it? I have a 2006 ford taurus. I'm
also not sure what trim it is if it's SE or SEL. Please
can somebody help me.

Just go to a auto store they will tell the fluid and usually jus show u as a courtesy. And if your a lady so much the better! Lol
