my dodge truck won't start. It jist clicks once.

My 2003 Dodge truck won't start. We put a new battery in it and not it won't turn over. All the lights come on, it just does one click.

sounds like starter.did it turn over before you put the battery in.try having someone try to start it while you tap on it.(the starter)
