my car doesn't start. I put a new battery, all the light inside the car are on, but does not start.

I have a 1994 buick roadmaster, it will not start. i put a new battery but i can make the car start.
Try a new program key fog, but before you do have some use a reliable scan tool that can tell weather are not you getting spark, fuel. And to check and see if you have any DTC codes stored. If your still get a click noise when you push button or turn the switch it most likely your starter solenoid if your not getting a click check your try checking your ignition relay and fuse.
