Asked by Guru1HZ56 Sep 10, 2019 at 12:36 AM about the 2003 Buick Regal

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

One channel on each side of roof of my 2003 Regal. what are they for? I’m
getting water on floor of passenger side when it rains. The channels have
nothing in them currently. Could this be reason for water coming in?

1 Answer

The channels help keep water away from the door openings but you still need good weather stripping. Inspect the weather strips for damage.
