my 1995 F150 6 cylinder will not start or fire but all the lights work

The truck will not click or do anything when I turn the key over but all the lights work

If the battery is good then check for voltage to the solenoid. If good check for a defective ground. Then check for voltage to the starter. Suspect a bad ground or loose connection somewhere. Even if the starter if shot you should get at least one click when you turn the key.

Change your battery you have a hole in one of the plates inside the battery that when you put a full load on it shorts out inside the battery will test good on low voltage but shorts out on full load
