WHY DO I HAVE OIL IN WATER V8

Possibly a leaking head gasket. Small amounts of moisture can be condensation due to not driving the car until it is fully warmed up.

How does your coolant look? It probably is a head gasket, however if the car has been sitting or you only drive short distances, it could be water.
