Can't get my motor mounts alligned with the engine

Replaced the transmission and now can't get my motor mounts to allign with the engine.

Did you pull the engine/transmission as a unit or just loosen everything and drop the trans? You don't say exactly what and why it does not line up. You might try to loosen the mounts on the engine enough to get them to drop into the frame mount.
