I did an exhaustive search to try and find the factory interior colors for the 1964 tbird but the information is just not out there. I do however know the following production numbers: Hardtop 60,552 Landau 22,715 Convertible 9,198 Total 92,465 Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Ford never kept production numbers on optional equipment before 1967 so knowing exactly how many were made that way may never be found. I've actually seen a lot of pink mid 1960's T-Birds over the years but it IS a somewhat rare color. I believe ford called it Samoan Coral not actually pink. You might want to contact the Vintage Thunderbird Club Intl. at http://www.vintagethunderbirdclub.net/index.htm as thy might have more information on your car's color option. I have a 65 Bird that is factory optional color code "W", "ROSE BEIGE METALLIC" which was a Lincoln color also.
The color was Rose Beige and I owned a '64 hardtop in that color. I currently have a '64 convertible in Prairie Bronze that I'm going to repaint in Rose Beige. It was a great and very original color.
in 1964, color code "L" was "1637 Bittersweet (Pink/Copper)" and the trade name was Samoan Coral. I was probably as close to what most people call "Pink" as Ford made. The Ditzler PPG code for it is 60398. That is the official name and color if you are wanting to repaint original.
My dad bought me this exact car for my 16th birthday in 1973. As a cheerleader we had a blast in high school taking the "Pink Panther" to games, parades, and events. I owned this car for 15 years and the pic is from my 10 year high school reunion, with my cheerleader friends of course. As for the name of the color - I had a jar of touch up paint after it was repaired from a small fender bender. The color name is "Titti Pink". We always thought it was an appropriate name. Miss my Pink Panther ❤️
