Truck will not crank , turn over I changed  
ignition switch key switch solenoid  , I
don't understand y it will not do anything  
now please help

Have you made sure battery and connections are good,if so and you have replaced all you said,think you may have a bad starter.

My 96 F150 dong same thing, sometimes by disconnecting the coil wire from the coil and reconecting it will do do the trick. Im beginning to think the Ignition Module because I altready replaced coil twice and replaced plugs, wires, distribuitor cap and rotor.
