Tried jumping it tried adjusting starter
Could it really be my fuel pump? I started it up last
night but now every time I try and turn it over it
clicks then I try again and nothing

So did it start when you jumped it? If it did then it could just have been a weak battery. A bad fuel pump won't keep an engine from cranking. If your engine is not cranking and you get a single click then nothing, then the problem is likely with the starting circuit. Get the battery checked first then go through starter circuit.
