Can't get the brake lights to work

Asked by nwollwert Apr 05, 2012 at 12:37 PM about the 2000 Chevrolet C/K 3500

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We have a 2003 chevy 3500 truck. The brake lights will not come on by pedal, but will by trailer brake switch. Already replaced brake pedal switch and the light switch just in case.

It might be a fuse some where or mabey a bad wire so you would have to trace it.
